Cancellations.

We value your business and understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can offer our services to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. This charge will be applied to the card on file.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

No Shows.

At Capelli Collective, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional hair and nail services. In order to maintain a smooth scheduling process for all clients, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Please note that any future appointments cannot be made until the no-show fee is paid in full.
